Description
As a common downhole drilling tool, drill pipe is made of alloy
steel, with joints at both ends, and friction welding is used
between the joint and the pipe body. It is used to deepen the
wellbore, transmit torque, and form a channel for drilling fluid
circulation.
We are producing a completed series of drill rod size from 2 3-8"
to 6 5-8", with the thread of 2 3-8 REG to 6 5-8 REG, 2 3-8 IF to 5
1-2 IF, NC23 to NC 77, 3 1-2FH to 6 5-8 FH, all in accordance with
API SPEC 5DP or SY/T5561-2008 standard.
The pipe body steel grade are R780, E75, G105, S135, the joint
steel grade are 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 4137H with thermal refining, the
thread have been hardening and nitrogen treated to get the best
quality.

Applications
Water Well Drill Rod is mainly used in various drilling
constructions such as gas drainage (mining) holes, exploration and
drainage holes, and grouting holes in coal mines with good
underground formation conditions. It can also be used in drilling
construction in mining, geology, hydropower and other industries.
The rod has high strength and is suitable for both conventional
drilling and impact rotary drilling.
